Capital Room Chocolate Fudge Pie

6 large eggs2 1/2 cups sugar1/2 cup melted butter5 1/2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate melted1/4 tsp. vanilla6 ounces black walnuts or walnuts
Melt butter in microwave. Add chocolate and vanilla. Stir until melted and mixed.
Heat oven to 375.
Beat eggs in separate bowl at medium speed for 10 minutes. This is important, yes I know it's a long time. Add sugar and beat until mixed in. Mix melted chocolate mixture into egg mixture slowly. Add nuts.
Pour into two frozen pie shells on cookie sheets (pies may over flow while cooking) Bake 40 minutes or until done. All of filling may not be used.
Serving Size: makes 2 pies - 8 slices per pie
