1.5 lbs ground beef, lean1 can diced tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano1 can tomato sauce with garlic flavoring2 cups uncooked (4 cups cooked) elbow macaroni
Cook macaroni 10 minutes in salted, boiling water
brown ground beef in pan, add garlic, diced onion, salt and pepper to taste
puree together diced tomatoes and tomato sauce in blender
Add tomato mixture to cooked, drained ground beef.
Add cooked macaroni. Stir together and simmer for 5-10 minutes until flavors mix. Add more spices now if needed.
Serving Size: 1.5 cups
