2 Yellow, Orange or Red Bell PepperOnions,garlicMushroomTamari sauceCurryOil Olive
Directions
Pre-heat oven at 350. Clean out two pepper. Cook Quinoa and add 1/2 to each pepper. Saute garlic, onions, mushroom in olive oil and add Tamari. Season with curry and other seasonings to your liking.
