Quick and Easy Creamy Chicken Curry

Ingredients
Half a chicken breast (no skin)1 medium carrotHalf cup frozen green peasHalf cup Carnation Light & Creamy evaporated milk1 small to medium onion1 tbsp curry powder1 tbsp chicken stock (powder)1 tsp ground tumeric1 tsp ground cumin1 tsp ground coriander1 tsp sugar1 dstp olive oil
Directions
Cut chicken into cubes, slice carrots and onions.
Cook chicken and onions in pan with olive oil.
Place frozen peas and carrots into microwave bowl and cook for 2-3 mins.
Add carrots, peas, herbs, sugar, curry powder and chicken stock and a little water if desired, to pan and cook for a few seconds.
Add light carnation milk and stir.
Turn down heat and simmer for a few mins.--serve.
