Stuffed Pepper Casserole

Ingredients
1 Large Green Pepper, seeded and sliced1 lb. ground beef1 cup cooked rice1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce1 cup shredded Mozzarella or Italian blend cheese1 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. salt
Directions
Place the sliced green peppers in a casserole dish.

Brown the ground beef and drain. Stir in rice, 3/4 cup of the cheese, tomato sauce, salt and garlic powder.

Put mixture on top of the peppers, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

Bake on 400 for 10 minutes or until cheese on top is melted and/or browned to taste.

Serve with a tossed salad.
