Potato Soup with Homemade Noodles

Ingredients
6 Large Potatoes cubed3 Cups tap water1 Tbsp Salt2 Tbsp Margarine1 Cup 2% Milk1 Cup Non-Fat Milk2 Cups Egg Noodles
Directions
Cook potatoes salt and water until potatoes are tender. Add margarine and both milks and bring to nearly boiling. Stir in noodles slowly so they do not stick together. Turn on low and cook until noodles are done, approximately 30 minutes.
