Ingredients
Red Beans 1.5 cupsLight Coconut Milk, 1 canHeavy Whipping Cream, 1/2 cupMilk, nonfat, 2 cupSplenda Granulated, 1 cup
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender until beans are blended into the liquid. Freeze in an ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's directions. This is so good!
