Tapioca Dessert

Ingredients
Gelatin (flavor to match fruit desired) - 1 small boxSugar-free vanilla pudding - 1 small boxTapioca pudding mix (Jello Brand) - 1 small box1 small carton sugar-free whipped topping (i.e. Cool Whip)1 large can mandarin oranges, drained
Directions
Blend together gelatin, vanilla pudding mix, and tapioca pudding mix in a bowl. Add 3 C. boiling water. Stir until gelatin and pudding mixes are dissolved. Chill until partially set and fold in whipped topping and fruit. Serve immediately or chill until served. Refrigerate any leftover amount.
