Perdue Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, All Natural, 1 filet, 4.8 oz., 2 serving (remove)2 boneless skinless chicken breast fillets (baked or boiled)1/2 cup Onions, raw, chopped3/4 cups Celery, raw, diced 1 cup Scallions, raw, chopped 1/2 Bell Pepper - Red, diced 1/2Bell Pepper - Green, diced2 tbsp Light Mayonaise3 tbsp miracle whip regular2 tsp Dijon Mustard4 TBSP Vlasic Sweet Relish3 Hard Boiled Egg, choppedsalt, pepper, lemon pepper, garlic powder to taste
1. shred and chop boiled or baked boneless skinless chicken breasts, and place in large mixing bowl.
2. add chopped oninions and scallions, and diced peppers and celery
3. add chopped boiled eggs, and mix in mayo, miracle whip, mustard and relish.
4. add seasonings to taste.
Serving Size: makes enough for six servings
