Apples and Onions

Ingredients
2 large apples, chopped2 large onions, chopped1 T Olive OilSalt and Black Pepper to taste
Directions
Heat oil in skillet and add apples, onions and salt, to taste. Let onions and apples sweat until they are soft, almost sauce-like. Top with black pepper, to taste and serve with pork chops and brown rice.
