Ingredients
200g bacon, chopped1/2 cup shredded cheese1 small tin creamed corn1 medium onion, chopped1 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper1 tsp garlic powder1/2 cup plain flour6 eggs1/2 cup low fat milk1 zucchini shredded
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 160oC
2. Grease and flour quiche dish
3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
4. Pour into quiche dish and cook in a 160oC oven for 60 minutes.
