Oat bran Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
Oat Bran, 0.5 cup *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified, 1.5 cupBaking Powder, 4 tsp Granulated Sugar, 4 tspSalt, 1 tsp Egg, fresh, 2 jumbo *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 3 tbsp Buttermilk, lowfat, 2 cupMilk, 2%, 1 cup
Directions
Mix together dry ingredients (Oat bran, flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt). Add eggs, oil, buttermilk, & milk to dry ingredients and mix. If dough too firm, add more milk to create a dough you can easily pour onto a griddle.
Pour four 2/3 inch pancakes on griddle. Flip over when they start to bubble and remove to a plate when they are brown on both sides. Serve with maple syrup, fruit compote, jam, or apple sauce.
