Oatmeal Craisin Cookies

Ingredients
Granulated Sugar, .50 cup (remove)Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped (remove)Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp (remove)*Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)*Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 1 cup (remove)Baking Powder, .50 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, .50 tbsp (remove)Egg white, 4 serving (remove)Salt, .25 tsp (remove)Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 1 cup (remove)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheet. Combine all ingredients ingredients. Stir in egg whites and vanilla. Blend well. Add raisins. Batter will be stiff. Bake 10 minutes or until firm. Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet. 75 calories per cookie, 1.2 gram fat each. Makes 24 cookies
