Orange Ginger Chicken Salad

1 Small Chicken Breast, baked with ginger seasonings - shredded1/4 c. of mandarin oranges, torn into pieces1/4 c. plain greek yogurt (more or less to your taste)1/2 tsp sesame seeds1 tsp ground ginger1 T of chopped celery
Toss everything into a bowl except for yogurt. Add yogurt in degrees until you reach the creaminess you prefer. I like this in a low carb wrap but on a salad, sandwhich, or with crackers would be great as well!
