2 lb boneless pork shoulder1/2 cup lime juice1/2 cup orange juice1 tbsp fresh oregano4 garlic cloves, slicedsalt and pepper
put slits in pork and stuff with garlic slivers. mix juices and oregano, cover and let marinate over night. save marinade and place pork in roasting pan. sprinkle with salt and pepper. roast at 325F for 3 - 3.5 hours. cover with tin foil if getting too dark.
