Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
Lean stew meat, cream of mushroom soup, noodles
Directions
Dice one small onion, layer in bottom of crock pot. Cover with stew meat sprinkled with salt and pepper, then mix water, soup, Worchestershire sauce, and pour over meat. Cook on high for 5 hours, or on low for 8 hours.
