Buckeye Peanutbutter Balls

Ingredients
2 pounds creamy peanut butter1 pound butter3 pounds powdered sugar1 - 2 packages chocolate chips (12 oz)
Directions
mix peanut butter and butter together in large stand mixer (or by hand -- it will kill a hand mixer).
add powdered sugar one cup at a time.
roll into balls slightly smaller than a golf ball.
refrigerate for at least an hour to chill thoroughly.
melt chocolate chips and dip half of the ball into melted chocolate.
keep refrigerated or frozen.
