Red Beans and Rice

Ingredients
3 cups of Brown Rice2 cups of Pinto Beans1 cup of tomatoes1 can of sweet cornTopping with sour cream and cheese
Directions
Prepare the rice in the juice from the beans as well as the can of tomatoes (Plus the rest water) Then when rice is done cooking dump in the cans of beans, tomatoes, corn mix and put aways.... or serve right away with sour cream and cheese on the side.
