Protein Pumpkin Fluff

Ingredients
1 c. Cool Whip Free1 c. canned pumpkin1 c. FF milk1 (1 oz) pkg SF FF vanilla pudding1 scoop Any Whey protein powder1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Mix together pumpkin, spice and milk until well blended. Add pudding mix and beat by hand 2 minutes. Fold in cool whip. Split into two 1 cup servings; refrigerate.
