656g Sprouted Chickpeas/Garbanzo Beans (1/4" tails)56g Sesame Seeds, Ground112g Lemon Juice, Fresh24g Garlic, Minced2g Cumin, Ground12g Red Pepper Flakes2g Cayenne Pepper6g Salt
Directions

Recipe is for 656g (4 cups) of sprouted beans
Salt may not be necessary if you are using canned beans

1) If using whole garlic, add it to the food processor or blender first and pulse until it is minced.
2) Add other ingredients and blend until smooth (about 1 minute).
3) Eat or store in refrigerator.
