Ingredients
Saute chopped onions, garlic and ginger in a tablespoon of ghee, until golden.Add 2 cans of kidney beans, chopped hot peppers (to taste), a can of tomato sauce and a chunk of tomato paste.Sprinkle generous amounts of curry, garam masala and tumeric powder, as well as black pepper.Simmer until hungry.Eat
