Juice from 2 juicing oranges (1 c) 4 tsp Umi Plum vinegar 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes 1/4 c olive oil 2 T chopped cilantro 12 cups shredded napa cabbage 3 cups thinly sliced jicama which is then juliennedcombine first 5 ingredients together and whisk the olive oil into mixture. Add the chopped cilantro at end and let dressing sit before pouring over jicama and napa cabbage. Toss to incorporated dressing and let sit for about 10 minutes.
