1 1/4 cups low fat cottage cheese3 ounces light cream cheese,softened1/2 cup shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese 2 tablespoons minced onions 1 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon each lite Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard1 clove garlic minced3-4 dashes of hot pepper sauce 1 pound lump crabmeat,chopped or broken up (imitation crabmeat works well)
Preheat oven to 350 F
In a food processor or blendor,whirl cottage cheese and cream cheese until smooth.Transfer to a large bowl and stir in remaining ingredients.
Spray a medium casserole dish with non-stick spray.Spoon crabmeat mixture into casserole dish,cover and bake for 25 minutes.
remove from oven,stir ,let cool,uncovered for 5 minutes beefore serving.Serve as a spread for crackers or as adip for baked tortilla chips.
