Baked Onion Rings

Ingredients
1 md onion, cut into rings1/8 c flour1/4 c unflavored non-dairy milk1/4 c panko1/2 tsp apple cidar vinegar1/2 TBSP corn starch
Directions
Preheat oven to 450F

Cover a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.

Mix non-dairy milk, ACV, and flour in a bowl. Set aside.

Spread panko bread crumbs on a large plate

Cut onion into thick rings.

Dip onion rings into flour mixture. Transfer to plate with panko. Cover rings with panko. Transfer to baking sheet.

Bake for 8 minutes. Flip rings and bake for another 3-6 minutes, or until rings are golden brown.
