low carb orange chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces Oranges, .5 cup, sections *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Honey, 1 tbsp *Sucralose (like Splenda), 2 tsp Ginger, ground, .25 tsp *Orange Zest - of 1 orange, 1 serving Garlic powder, 1 tbsp Cornstarch, 1 tsp *crushed red pepper flakes, 2 tsp
Directions
mix orange juice, soy, honey, ginger, splenda and zest to make sauce. cut chicken into 1 inch pieces. heat oil in pan to med high and add chicken. season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. cook til no longer pink in the middle. add sauce and oranges to skillet and cook til sauce thickens (about a minute)
