Grilled Spicy Asian Tofu

Ingredients
2 lbs extra firm tofu3 garlic cloves2 Tbsp grated fresh ginger root1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro1 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil2 Tbsp lite (sodium) soy sauce2 tsp sriracha sauce1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
Directions
1. Combine all marinade ingredients in an airtight container and stir.

2. Cut Tofu cubes into slices and press out the water. Place tofu in marinade for 1 - 12 hours.

3. Place tofu on a clean oiled grill over lower heat. Baste marinade until browned. Serve with brown rice or udon noodles.
