    Tried the recipe. The problem is that there's no real thickening agent (flour, corn starch), so this will be more like scrambled eggs than pancakes. Follow Buffaloboy's advice for vanilla/cinnamon. Would recommend to skip the eggs and eat cold, or wait until Phase 2 or 3 when you can add thickener. - 1/10/16

    I haven't tried the recipe ... but I think 1 tablespoon of vanilla would be overpowering! A more reasonable amount would probably be 1/2 teaspoon. Likewise the 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon is probably way too much - 1/2 teaspoon again sounds more like it. - 9/20/15
