Slow-Cooked Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients
1 TBS Vegetable oil4 pound Boneless Pork Shoulder1 can (10.5oz) Campbells condensed French Onion Soup1 cup Ketchup1/4 cup Cider Vinegar3 TBS packed brown sugar (9TSP)
Directions
HEAT Oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add roast and cook until browned. Place roast in Slow Cooker

MIX Soup, ketchup, vinegar and brown sugar. Pour over roast
COVER and cook on LOW 8 to 10 Hours*, or until roast is fork tender.
REMOVE roast from cooker and let stand 10 minutes. Shred pork using 2 forks.Return pork to cooker. Divide pork mixture and sauce among rolls.

*or on HIGH 4-5 hours
