Beer Bread

2 bottles of beer (Steamwhistle)0.5 Cups of Water6.75 teaspoons of Yeast6 Tablespoons of Sugar5 Tablespoons of Oil2 Eggs2 teaspoons of Salt9 Cups of Whole Wheat Flour1 Cup of Wheat Germ
Mix ingredients in bowl adding flour and wheat germ last. Stir together, cover, and allow to rise (takes about 1 hour in my cooler home).
Knead dough (will be very sticky... add flour as needed), cover, and allow to rise another 30-60 mins.
Kneed and divide into spray-greased bread pans (1 loaf separates nicely into rolls! Allow to rise another 30 mins.
Bake at 350˚C for 25 minutes (stick close and use your nose).
Pull out, cool on racks, and enjoy!
