Spinach & Mushroom Lasagna

Ingredients
2 Cups Mozzarella 10 oz frozen spinach, defrosted1 cup diced mushrooms8 oz ricotta1/2 cup parmesan, grated9 lasagna noodles26 oz marinara plus add'l if wanted
Directions
mix ricotta, 1/4 cup parmesan, spinach, mushrooms, salt, pepper, garlic in bowl. Lay 3 uncooked noodles in dish, put 1/2 mixture over the noodles, repeat and then add top layer of noodles. Cover with sauce. Bake at 400 for 60 minutes covered. Remove from oven, add mozzeralla cheese and remaing parmesan to top. Bake uncovered until cheese is melted (about 5 minutes). Let sit for 10 minutes. Serve
