I do this with Lemon Pepper. Great idea. Where do you find low sodium/salt cajun seasoning?? I used to use Tony Chachere's, but I only have the original blend (which is chock full of salt). I now use Mrs. Dash original mixed with Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy and sometimes just add a pinch of Tony's to it. - 7/15/08

I use The Pampered Chef seasonings. Most are no salt, no MSG. I don't think they have the Cajun anymore, but the Southwest seasoning works really well too. And The Italian Seasoning is really good as well.
