Ginger, Garlic and Lemon Marinate

Ingredients
1/3 cup reduced sodium soya sauce3 tbsp olive oil(extra virgin)Zest of 1 lemonJuice of the seated lemon3 garlic cloves, minced1-2 inch peeled and minced ginger root
Directions
Peel garlic and ginger root.
Mince garlic and ginger root.Place in bowl
Zest lemon and then add to bowl.Cut lemon in half and squeeze out juice into bowl.
Add olive oil and soya sauce..stir well.
Place in large baggie with pork chops or chicken, whatever...
Leave in fridge for several hours...can be baked, fryer or BBQ...
