2C Zucchini grated1/2C canola oil3/4c Egg Beaters1/2C Apple Sauce Unsweetened1C Skim Milk1 1/2t vanilla1/2t Salt1/2C Coco Powder1C Truvia2t Baking Soda1t Baking Powder1/2t Cinnamon2 1/2C Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
Heat oven to 350. Spray 9x13 pan. Combine zucchini, oil, eggs, applesauce, milk & vanilla. In med bowl combine salt, coco, Truvia, soda, powder, cinnamon & flour. Blend well and add to other ingredients. Blend well & pour in to pan. Bake 35 to 45 min. top with Light Cool Whip.
