2 pound minced beef4 eggs1/2 cup of uncooked quinoa1 medium onion 3 garlic cloves1 tablespoon coconut oil or olive oil1 teaspoon Thyme1 teaspoon Rosemary1/4 teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon salt
In a food processor combine onion and garlic. Mix other ingredients. Makes 2 loaves.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour
Serving Size: 6 servings or 1/3 of a loaf (makes 2 loaves)
