Tri-color rotini (used Hodgeson Mill Veggie Rotini), 16 ozCauliflower 230 g (8.1 oz)Broccoli 134 g (4.7 oz)Soy nuts 43 g (1.5 oz)Fat Free Zesty Italian salad dressing 4.3 oz (123 g)
Cook pasta by directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Add cut (small pieces) cauliflower and broccoli plus the soy nuts.
Toss with salad dressing.
Let sit for at least hour before serving.
For ease of calculating, I used 1 oz serving size. However, I'd recommend 3.5 oz per serving which means recipe makes 16 servings.
