Sour Cream Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb Chicken Breast, no skin6 cloves Garlic,1 medium Onions1 Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 Tbs Olive Oil1/4 cup Sour Cream1 cup Stewed Tomatoes,1 tsp Ginger Root)1 cup chicken brothsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Chop onion in small pieces
Chop pepers into 1 in pieces
combine garlic & ginger root, add teaspoons of water at a time and puree

In a heated skillet:
Add oilive oil,
saute onion,until shimmery
add garlic ginger paste
add tomatoes - cook about 6 minutes
add chicken, cook 2 minutes
add chicken broth
add pepper
Cover and cook approimately 10 minutes on low, until chicken is cooked through
Remove from stove and stir in Sour Cream
