Homemade Mexi-Corn

Ingredients
1 teaspoon olive oil1/2 cup green pepper, chopped1/2 cup red pepper, chopped1/4 cup onion, chopped1/2-1 jalapeno, seeds and ribs removed, minced1 teaspoon garlic, minced2 cups frozen corn, thawed1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning
Directions
In a medium non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add onion, both peppers and jalapeno and saute for about 2-3 minutes or until crisp tender. Stir in garlic and corn. Continue cooking till warmed through; approximately another 5 minutes. Stir in cilantro and cajun seasoning.
