Easy Peasy Fruit Cobbler Base, Sugar Free

Ingredients
3/4 C Flour3/4 C Splenda1 tsp baking powder1 tsp vanilla extract1/4 tsp salt (optional & not included in nutritional values)1/4 C milk1/4 C Country Crock2 C fresh fruit
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F

Melt margarine in 9X13" glass baking dish in oven. Use a smaller dish if you prefer a thicker cake for your crumble.

While margarine is melting, mix all dry ingredients, mix in milk & vanilla extract till smooth.

Remove melted margarine from oven and pour batter into the preheated pan, whisk together with margarine.

Cover with sliced fruit(s) of your choice. sprinkle a touch of additional Splenda over fruit.

Bake @ 350F for 50-60 mins.

Serve warm or at room temperature with ice cream or cool whip, if desired.
