Egg White Onion Omelette

Ingredients
Egg white, 2 serving (remove)Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)Salt, 1 dash (remove)*Canola Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
Directions
Take two eggs and remove the yolk in a bowl
Cut onions and add it to the egg whites
Add salt to taste and mix well

Take a pan and add oil and pour the egg white

Let it cook and turn the other side

Once cooked remove and serve hot
