greek style manicotti

Ingredients
barilla manicotti (dry), 7 shellsspinach, frozen, 16 oz packageegg whites, fresh, 2 largeshredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, 1 cup (approximately 3.5 oz)low fat ricotta cheese, 1 cupfat free crumbled feta, 2 oz garlic, 2 cloves (2 tsp), minced15 kalamata olives, pitted (45 g)gourmet garden basil herb blend, 1 tspfat free marinara sauce, 1.5 cupsparmesan cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degrees.

cook pasta according to directions. drain and set aside.

defrost spinach in microwave and remove excess moisture.
add egg whites, mozzarella, ricotta and feta cheeses.
fold in minced garlic, sliced olives and basil.
combine all ingredients well.

stuff 7 pasta shells equally with mixture.
arrange in baking dish.
pour marinara sauce over shells.

bake for 25 minutes.
top with parmesan cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
