1 lb Assorted Wild Mushrooms3 tbs Tamari (gluten free) Soy Sauce 3 tbs Sake
Directions
- Turn on Broiler.
- Toss Mushrooms, Sake and Tamari in bowl.
- Let sit 3-5 mins
- Broil for 5 mins.
