Squash Boat

Ingredients
1 medium yellow crookneck squash1/4 cup light shredded cheddar cheeseMargarine or butter to taste (approx 1/2 Tbsp.)Season to taste
Directions
Cut squash in half lengthwise.
Scoop out inside to form a "boat".
Place half the butter in each boat.
Bake in foil at 350 degrees until tender (45 minutes).
Add the cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
