Homemade Mulberry Jam

Ingredients
4 cups mulberry puree or juice1/2 cup to 2 cups sugar or other sweetener (recipe calculated using 2 cups white sugar)1/4 cup lemon juice4 tsp Pomona's Pectin (had to use Ball for nutrition info)4 tsp calcium water for pectin
Directions
Add lemon juice and calcium water to berries, bring to a boil.
Mix pectin into sugar, add to boiling berry mixture all at once.
Boil for 3 minutes.
Jar and process according to your altitude, for me it was 10 minutes for half pints.

Serving Size: makes 5-6 half pints, 1 serving is 2 T
