Cirtus Spicy Salad

Ingredients
1 whole or 4 cups pineapple cubed2 small grapefruit no outer skin2 small cans Mandarin oranges or 3 cuties1/2 cup of jicama diced1 cup cilantro1/4 cup chopped pistachios 2 tablespoons Mae Ploy Sauce1 small, thin Serrano chili, diced (more or less to taste)2 tbsp fresh lime juice
Directions
place in bag or bowl can be made a day before but chill at least 2 hours
