1 cup chopped onion4 cups cauliflower florets4 cups broccoli florets3 cups baby carrots2 cans whole mushrooms2 cups cherry tomatoes2 475ml bottles Fat Free Italian Dressing
Place all ingredients into two large jars and then pour 1 475ml bottle of Fat Free Italian Dressing into each jar. Top off each jar with cold water and marinate for at least 1 day before serving. keeps in the fridge up to one week.
