Power Muffin

Ingredients
2 Cups Whole wheat flour1 cup slightly crushed bran cereal1 cup Old fashioned Oatmeal1 1/2 tsp baking soda2 egg whites3/4 cup of frozen apple juice thawed1/2 cup low fat yogurt1 cup mashed bananas1 cup raisins soaked for 10 mins in boiling water1 scoop 100% Whey Protein
Directions
1. Combine flour, bran, oatmeal, and baking soda in bowl

2. Beat egg to stiff peaks.

3. Add apple juice, yogurt, bananas and flour mixture all together. Mix till completely blended then fold in egg.

3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put mixture into greased muffins tin.

4. Cook when preheated for 20 minutes.
