applesauce granola

Ingredients
5 1/2 cups oatmeal1 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp ground ginger3/4 tsp salt3/4 c. brown sugar1/4 c. maple syrup1 tsp vanilla extract1 c. chopped almonds
Directions
mixed all ingredients together and spread on a cookie sheet.
Bake on 325 for 30 mins. Carefully turn over the granola and bake an additional 10-15 mins. Cool on rack. Break up granola as desire.
