Bean and Tomato skillet

Ingredients
1 can Old El Paso Refried Beans--fat free1 can diced tomatoes1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained1 packet (~1/4 cup) Old El Paso Taco Sauceoptional:crackers or riceshredded cheese
Directions
Open cans, and empty into a skillet or sauce pan. cook over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes. Add taco sauce, stir in evenly, and continue cooking over med-low heat for an additional 5-8 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes off heat. Portion onto plates (or into a dip bowl if using for a dip). Optional: Sprinkle with 1/4 cup shredded cheese. Serve with crackers or over rice.
