Ingredients
3/4 Cup Oats1.5 Cup Water3/4 Cup Frozen unsweetened Blueberries1/2 scoop (17 grams) of 100% Whey Vanilla Protein Powder2 Tblsp Flax USA Cold Milled Golden Flax Seed (ground)
Directions
Cook Oats and 1.5 cup water in microwave for 2 mins. Add blueberries, wait to defrosted in the hot oatmeal, then add the rest of the ingredients. Enjoy!
