Homemade Non-Packet Frozen Hot Chocolate

1 tbs. Unsweetened cocoa powder1 tbs. Splenda (or other sugar substitute)1/2 cup 1% milk (whole, 2%, nonfat, soy, almond, or any other milk may be used.)1/4 tsp. Vanilla extract1/2 cup iceOptional: 1 tbs. Chocolate syrup (really rich and delicious if you can spare the calories!)
1. Mix cocoa powder, splenda, vanilla, and 2 tbs. warm water together to make a smooth syrup.
2. Add the syrup, milk, ice, and chocolate syrup (if using) to the blender.
3. Blend on medium high until ice is crushed.
4. Pour in a tall glass and serve with a chocolate syrup drizzle, if desired.
5. Endulge without drowing in fat, calories, and guilt.
Serving Size: Makes 1 huge serving (1 1/2 cups)
